1. Client Background & Planning

On July 20, 2025, Hui zhou International Travel Service received an inquiry from a Spanish travel agency wishing to arrange a 3-day cultural and natural tour in Huangshan, China. The group of 12 guests hoped to explore Huangshan’s famous landscapes and the historic villages of Huizhou.

We promptly created a detailed itinerary and quotation, providing an 18-seat minibus and a professional English-speaking guide. The clients had already booked their first night near Tunxi Old Street through an international travel website.

2. Unexpected Situation & Quick Response

On August 15 at 7:30 p.m., our English-speaking guide welcomed the group at Huangshan North Railway Station and escorted them to their booked hotel.

Upon arrival, however, the hotel was found closed due to business suspension. The guests, unable to contact their booking website, became anxious. Our guide immediately reassured them and contacted our office. Although it was after working hours, our team reacted quickly and arranged new accommodation at Huashan Huiyan Hotel, ensuring non-smoking rooms within just 10 minutes.

3. Travel Experience & Cultural Discovery

August 16:
The group spent the day exploring Huangshan Mountain, visiting landmarks such as Beginning-to-Believe Peak, Brush Rock, and the Black Tiger Pine. Later, they traveled to Hongcun Village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and stayed in a local guesthouse arranged by our agency.

August 17:
After breakfast, the group toured Hongcun Village and Lucun Wood Carving Houses, where they admired the intricate craftsmanship of ancient Chinese artisans. They were deeply impressed by the artistic elegance of Huizhou architecture and culture.

That evening, the group returned to Tunxi Old Street for another night at Huashan Huiyan Hotel, concluding a memorable three-day Huangshan cultural tour.
