1. Terms of Service
Huizhou International Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) provides services strictly in accordance with its published user agreements, terms of service, and operating rules. To use the Agency’s services, users (“Members”) must agree to all the terms of this agreement and complete the registration process as prompted.
2. Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement aims to clarify the rights, obligations, and terms of service between the Agency and Members when using the services provided by the Agency.
3. Compliance with Laws and Legal Effect
This Service Agreement becomes effective upon announcement to Members. By using the Agency’s services, Members are deemed to accept all terms herein. Members must comply with the “Confidentiality Law of the People’s Republic of China,” “Regulations on the Administration of International Networking of Computer Information Systems,” “Regulations on Computer Information System Security Protection,” and other relevant laws and regulations, and bear full responsibility for their actions and consequences when using the services.
If the Agency reasonably believes that a Member’s conduct violates relevant laws or regulations, it has the right to terminate services to that Member at any time without prior notice.
The Agency reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time and will announce the changes and their effective date on relevant pages. Members should review changes carefully. If a Member does not agree with the modifications, they may discontinue the use of services; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
4. Service Content
The Agency provides specific travel services based on actual conditions and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services at any time.
5. Member Obligations
1.Members must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and update it timely.
2.Members are responsible for safeguarding their account and password, and bear all legal responsibility for activities under their account.
3.Members shall comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and related network protocols. Members shall not use the Agency’s services for illegal purposes or upload/transmit unlawful or harmful content, including but not limited to infringement of others’ rights, rumors, violence, pornography, harassment, defamation, etc.
4.Members should promptly notify the Agency if their account is used illegally or has security vulnerabilities.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Agency
1.Except as required by law enforcement authorities, the Agency is committed to protecting Members’ personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without authorization.
2.The Agency may adjust service content based on operational needs without prior consent from Members.
3.The Agency will actively address Members’ complaints and may notify Members via announcements or emails when necessary.
4.The Agency reserves the right to delete content uploaded by Members without prior notice if it violates laws or this Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All products, technologies, programs, and pages (including but not limited to page designs and content) on the Agency’s website (www.travelhuangshan.com) belong to Huizhou International Travel Agency and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited and will be subject to legal action. The Agency’s name, logo, and all content on www.travelhuangshan.com are registered trademarks or copyrighted materials, and may not be used, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Agency shall not be liable for any accidental loss or damage caused by use of the website or services, including but not limited to computer viruses from third-party links. Content uploaded by Members is for communication only; the Agency does not guarantee its accuracy or legality. The Agency will act according to law if infringement or illegal activity is reported.
9. Service Changes, Suspension or Termination
The Agency may suspend or terminate all or part of the services for system maintenance, user violations, or other reasons without liability.
10. Compensation for Breach
Members agree to compensate the Agency or third parties for any losses caused by violation of laws or this Agreement.
11. Modification of Agreement
The Agency may modify this Agreement at any time and announce changes on the website. Members who do not agree to changes may stop using the services; continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation; failing which, either party may file suit in the court where the Agency is located.
13. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is found invalid, the rest shall remain effective.
